  • This is only for spouses and kids of TeamCity on duty for the next Sunday.

  • Do not book for yourself. TeamCity seating is arranged separately.

1. SELF-TESTING & MONITORING:

  • If you are feeling unwell (refer to 2b & 2c below), please preemptively arrange for a replacement for your duty, even if you self-tested negative.

  • For volunteer duties which entail a high level of interaction with congregants, you are encouraged to test regularly to maintain a safe environment. YOUR SIMPLE GUIDE TO ANTIGEN RAPID TEST (ART) SELF-TEST KITS

2. DO NOT COME FOR SERVICE IF YOU:

(a) Are a Covid positive (C+) case.

  • In accordance to MOH’s guidelines, please self-isolate for 72 hours from your positive result.

  • If you test negative after the 72 hours, you may come for service.

  • This includes those on HRP or those who have self-tested positive.

  • Refer to https://www.covid.gov.sg/unwell/hrp for more information.

(b) Have a fever (over a temperature of 37.5°C).

(c) Exhibit other flu-like symptoms (runny nose, cough, sore throat, body aches, shortness of breath, fatigue).


3. HEALTH RISK NOTICE (HRN) & CLOSE CONTACT WITHOUT HRN: 

  • If you are a Close Contact of a C+ case (past 7 days) but have not received a HRN, you may attend service with a valid negative ART self-test result (https://ask.gov.sg/questions/509). 

*An ART test result is valid for 24hours from the test time.
