Mentorship

Here at The City, we define mentorship to be an intentional relationship mutually-pursued between a mentor and mentee toward Christlikeness.

We believe that mentorship is an important part of our discipleship; to journey with someone and have someone journey with you through the ups and downs of life — not from a place of perfection, but experience.

Mentorship may look like providing advice and counsel, equipping in an aspect of life, or nurturing someone’s faith.
