Andre Tan
Chairman
As the Lead Pastor of The City, Andre has served in full-time ministry for over a decade, leading the church for the past 10 years. His heart is for discipleship, spiritual formation, and helping the church live out its missional calling.Andre serves on the board to steward the vision and resources of the church with faithfulness and integrity, and to support the leadership team in discerning God’s direction for our community.

Yeo Shang Xuan
Honorary Secretary
Shang Xuan serves in the Republic of Singapore Navy, where he finds great joy and purpose in building teams and developing people.He believes that Jesus Christ is at the center of every worthwhile endeavour. As a board member, he desires to see our church flourish and grow in its commitment to advancing the gospel in our city.

Chua Shengwen
Honorary Treasurer
As the Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, Shengwen brings over 13 years of senior leadership experience, driving commercial success and excellence in the hospitality industry.He serves to honor God’s gift in a meaningful way by blessing the community and fulfilling the servant-leader calling that God has placed upon him.

Chew Kok Kwee
Kok Kwee holds a Masters degree of Science in Electrical Engineering and manages a family office.
He serves on the board with a desire to share wisdom and experience as well as invest in the growth and future of the church.

Clement Tan
Clement Tan has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his current role at Bloomberg, he works closely with investment firms across Southeast Asia, helping them navigate business challenges and develop solutions that support their day to day operations.
Clement desires to serve faithfully and use his skills and experience to honor God, supporting the church wherever needed so that it can continue to grow, thrive, and fulfill the calling God has placed upon it.

Steve Robertson
Over his career, Steve has been a management consultant, IT project manager, and agile coach. A Singapore Permanent Resident and member of The City since 2015, he is a son of a loving Father.
He is returning to the Board to help equip the next generation of Board members through this season of transition.
